WHEN WILL NEW ARTWORK BE RELEASED?

I release collections throughout year, with some mini releases and other listings available each month. DO YOU ACCEPT COMMISSIONS?

Commissions are now open for 2024 with limited availability. All commission requests will be held in consideration and will be decided on based on the requested subject matter and media and whether it falls within my creative style and skillset.

Fall 2024 - Current Pricing on Commissions: 

All commissions for custom, original artwork start at $200 for artworks up to 3x5"; $225 for over 3x5" and up to a 4x6"; $275 for over 4x6" and up to 5x7"; $300-$400 for pieces over 5x7" and up to an 9x12". Pricing on anything over those dimensions are determined based on the client's sizing request and will be provided upon request. Sizing is inclusive of any borders on the artwork and reflects the final dimensions of the entire piece.

Why is Commission Pricing Higher Than Pieces Listed in The Studio Shop?

Commission pricing is a premium charge and is inclusive of my time spent liaising back and forth with clients to finalize commission details. Pricing is inclusive of materials, creative research, preliminary artwork drafts, and the time spent on final artwork. As an artist, my time is valuable and a commission requires more of my time over sitting down myself to create a piece for the studio shop. Because of this, I am required to charge a premium to compensate for my time.

Additional Commission Information

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your commission to be produced. Multiple commissions purchased at the same time can take up to 6-8 weeks. Once a client has agreed upon the above terms and has commissioned an art piece(s) in writing, an invoice with a secure payment link will be sent to the client’s email for payment. Payment on invoice is due in full before commissions are started. The commission lead-time begins once payment is received.

International Shipping

I do not offer International shipping at this time through my website, but I hope to offer that in the (very) near future. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to purchase a piece listed in my studio shop or would like to commission an art piece, I am happy to provide an independent shipping quote. Kindly note, you are responsible for any fees associated with customs/duties for international shipping. What is your return policy?

Due to the delicate nature of my artwork, please understand that all original paintings and fine art prints are final sale. Please be sure to check the size and description to confirm what you will be receiving.

HOW WILL MY ARTWORK BE SHIPPED?

Prints

Each print is safely packaged and sealed in a clear, fine-art slip for protection and mailed in a sturdy flat-mailer. All print orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking.

Originals

Each original will be safely packaged and sealed in a clear, fine-art slip for protection. All original artwork orders ship via USPS with tracking included. Most artworks will arrive lightly tacked by double-sided tape to a piece of mat board - this is intended to provide rigidity for safe shipping. The artwork can easily be removed from this board by gently easing the artwork away from the tack, and lightly twisting in one direction.

Framed artwork is safely wrapped and packaged with eco-filler to provide a safe and cushioned transport.

Kindly note, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods after they have left the studio. If you wish to insure your package, please select the insured option at checkout if you are ordering domestically.

WHO OWNS THE RIGHTS TO YOUR ARTWORK?

All rights to the artwork are owned by Sarah Grasso DBA Abide Art Studio, including the right to make reproductions. The collector may not reproduce or distribute the artwork in any way, unless given written permission by artist and studio owner, Sarah Grasso.
